Foam burn treatment analysis

Abstract】 Objective of the seven cases of h blowing agent in treatment of burn patients to explore the special chemical burn treatment, to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods 7 cases of patients who were on-site first aid, shock and resuscitation were divided into surgery plus recombinant human growth hormone (rhgh) treatment group and non-surgical treatment of group therapy, to compare their wound healing time and functional recovery. Results due to the early mishandling sexual wounds are deepened, the average wound healing time of surgical group (20.33 ± 5.86) days, except 1 case after the limbs escharectomy patients, the other two cases a good functional recovery; non-surgical group the average wound healing time (29.5 ± 3.42) days (the difference between the two groups was significant p <0.05), only 1 of pairs of upper extremity function Ⅱ ° burn patients heal better and I were poor. Conclusion h blowing agent burns without detonation injury, its treatment of burn patients with the general chemical burns, but its early wound management must be sustained, thorough, to eliminate the secondary injury aggravated a chain reaction; wound management suggested that early surgical treatment for desirable to reduce the absorption of toxins and speed up wound healing; no small molecule biologically active substances on the pathophysiology of burn effects to be further studied.
Key words h vesicant burn treatment

Chemical burns as a special burns, the injury mechanism and treatment methods have been widely recognized, but a special case of-h vesicant burns, so far, not been reported. I had hospital treatment of a number of special h blowing agent in patients with burns, and accumulated a number of complex treatment of burn patients experience and lessons learned, a brief summary report are as follows.

1 Materials and methods

1.1 General Information of this incident were burned in 7 cases, 5 males and 2 females, aged 21 to 46 years old, mean age (30.14 ± 8.23) years of age, trsa10% ~ 70%, the average burn surface area (28.86 ± 19.77)%, Depth Ⅱ ° ~ Ⅲ °. Burn area and limbs, facial features are in part, there are varying degrees of respiratory complications of burns, detailed information in Table 1.

1.2 injuries because in a relatively confined space, hazardous materials-h blowing agent [1], the event of fire (smoke) caused by combustion and ultra-violent chemical reaction, resulting in 145 ℃ ~ 155 ℃ of the smoke, and the release of n 2, no other gases, on-site with pungent odor, in which no case of high-temperature water vapor can produce nitrous acid, causing acid burns, so the wounded in this group were complicated by respiratory tract burns and burn.

1.3 Treatment for primary hospital farther away from the site of the incident, 2h post-injury income hospitalized patients who,
